"The apartment is stunning, all the bedrooms are lovely and it was clean throughout. Such great views from the balcony, and the location is literally perfect, close to the metro and lots of restaurants and shops etc in walking distance. The staff couldn’t be more helpful - they let us leave our bags in the apartment whilst the cleaner was there as we arrived in Paris early, or there was an option to leave our bags at their office. We left our bags at the office on the final day as we had a late flight back and they couldn’t be more accommodating. Communication was great, any emails I sent with queries before our stay were replied to very quickly."

"Very nice space with big windows, furnished nicely with a very chic taste. Great location and quite spacious. There’s 2 toilets and 2 showers. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean towels."

"There’s only one set of keys and we have not been provided with code for the entry phone system. Every time someone is out we have to go all the way down to open the door. Quite late check in, we stayed twice in this property and both times cleaning wasn’t finished until 5.30pm, and they don’t inform you in advance that they are still cleaning so when you go to collect the key from the shop the code doesn’t work because the key still with the cleaner."

"The apartment is exceptionally spacious and beautifully furnished. It features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The lovely balcony offers a stunning view of République Plaza. Numerous dining options are available just outside, and a 24/7 pharmacy is conveniently located next door. The subway station is only a two-minute walk away. The bedrooms are quiet, and the beds are very comfortable. Having a washing machine and a hot tub was a great convenience."

"Mancanza di contatto umano con la proprietà, è stato difficile avere indicazioni per il ritiro delle chiavi, fino all'ultimo non sapevamo dove andare, le persone da cui ritiri le chiavi non sanno dove si trova la casa; poi le chiavi andrebbero lasciate di nuovo dove sono state prese, il tutto avviene attraverso messaggi automatici via Booking, non abbiamo mai potuto parlare di persona con un referente. Solo alla fine, per fortuna, una volta entrati dentro casa, abbiamo avuto una persona gentilissima che ci ha risposto in maniera non automatica, sempre e solo per iscritto e attraverso messaggistica Booking, e ci siamo sentiti meglio, siamo riusciti ad avere un secondo mazzo di chiavi (eravamo in 5 con programmi diversi nella città e con una sola chiave era impossible organizzarci)."
